The Essentials Package (Three-Camera Livestream) $1250
Our Essentials Package provides a professional three-camera livestream.
Coverage begins just before the priest speaks and ends as the service concludes. We operate two rear cameras — one wide and one zoomed in for eulogies — and a front camera capturing the congregation, the lectern, and the coffin for a more immersive experience.
We also connect professional audio directly to the priest and lectern for crystal-clear sound.
No additional editing is included. The livestream is available for download or viewing for 90 days from the service date.
This package includes one livestream operator.
The Premium Package (four-Camera Livestream + Edited Memorial Film) $1650
Our Premium Package offers a more in-depth, cinematic experience.
We use four cameras, switching between multiple angles throughout the service:
Wide crowd shots
Close-up eulogies
Discreet front-facing congregation shots
Mobile camera for the arrival and departure of the coffin
We also integrate the family slideshow directly into the livestream and replace any distorted music with high-quality audio.
This package includes professional audio, a mobile camera for graveside transitions, and a fully edited memorial film complete with titles, intros, and exit scenes — creating an immersive final product.
Two livestream team members operate this service for seamless production.
Additional Options
Site Visit ($90)
For new or complex venues, a site visit (up to one hour) may be required. This allows us to test the data connection and plan setup logistics. If livestreaming is not possible due to data limitations, we will record and upload the service later that same day.
Graveside Recording ($300)
(Premium Package only)If you’d like the graveside ceremony recorded, we send two team members:One packs up the church equipment while the other records the burial with a second camera kit (audio and video).This footage is then added to your final memorial film.
Daylight Projector ($350)
For large indoor venues, our ultra-bright daylight projector is an excellent choice. It can project crystal-clear images up to 5 metres wide, even in rooms with modest ambient lighting — perfect for sharing slideshows with large gatherings.
We use the highest quality equipment, industry-leading modems, and proven techniques to deliver the best possible livestream experience. However, for a mobile livestream to work, a reliable data connection is essential.
Occasionally, network issues (such as Telstra maintenance or blackspot areas) may prevent us from accessing the necessary mobile data during the service.
If this happens, we will record the entire service in full and upload the finished video for you later that same evening — ensuring your memories are still beautifully preserved and ready to share.
