A thoughtful, professional service

A dignified way to bring people together

Whether guests are interstate, overseas, unwell or otherwise unable to attend, livestreaming allows them to participate in the service from a phone, tablet, computer or compatible television.

Respectful and discreet

Our operators work quietly in the background, with carefully positioned cameras that do not distract from the service.

Clear picture and sound

Professional cameras, microphones and live switching provide a polished experience with clear coverage of readings and eulogies.

Simple for every guest

Family and friends receive an easy-to-share viewing link. Private access can be arranged, with a recording supplied after the service.

How it works

Simple, supported and stress-free

We coordinate the practical details from preparation through to delivery of the recording.

01

Before the service

We confirm your wishes and liaise with the funeral director and venue. For unfamiliar or complex venues, an advance site visit can be arranged to assess access, camera positions and connectivity.

02

During the service

Our team manages the cameras, sound, live broadcast and technical monitoring from the background using professional equipment.

03

After the service

A secure recording is made available for viewing or download, allowing family and friends to revisit and share the service privately.

Clear funeral livestream pricing

Choose the coverage that feels right

Two professionally managed options are available. We are happy to talk through the venue, service length and family requirements before booking.

Memorial additions

Ask us about options

Photo tributes, title cards, music integration and keepsake delivery can be tailored to your family’s wishes.

Starlink connectivity and backup

Reliable livestreaming with our own independent connection

We use our own battery-powered Starlink satellite system for funeral livestreams. This provides a fast, stable and highly reliable connection without using the venue’s Wi-Fi, internet connection, power supply or mobile data.

To set up Starlink, we simply need permission to place our compact satellite equipment in a safe outdoor position with a reasonably clear view of the sky. We coordinate the most suitable location with the venue or funeral director before the service.

For additional peace of mind, the complete service is also recorded locally in high quality, independently of the livestream.

Frequently asked questions

Helpful information before you book

What is included in a funeral livestream?

The service includes professional camera coverage, dedicated audio capture, streaming setup, live technical management, a shareable viewing link and a locally recorded copy of the service. Camera numbers, duration and editing depend on your selected package.

Can the livestream be private?

Yes. A private link can be supplied for the family to share only with invited guests. Public access can also be arranged if preferred.

How do family and friends watch?

Guests simply open the link shared by the family. It can be viewed on common phones, tablets, computers and compatible smart televisions without complicated technical steps.

Is a recording available afterwards?

Yes. Every service is recorded locally and a private digital viewing or download option is provided afterwards.

Do we need a site visit?

A site visit is recommended for unfamiliar, remote or technically complex venues. It allows us to check connectivity, power, access, lighting and camera positions. It is usually unnecessary at venues we know well.

Can music and photographs be included?

Yes. Depending on the package, we can incorporate a family slideshow, selected music, name cards and other meaningful elements into the livestream or finished memorial video.

Can the service be customised?

Yes. Camera coverage, audio, important readings, musical moments, photo tributes and editing can be tailored to the venue and your family’s wishes.

How far ahead should we book?

Please contact us as soon as the date, time and venue are confirmed. Early notice improves availability and gives us time to coordinate with the funeral director and venue.
